Guest Services Teams: 

  • Greeters –Sunday morning you can be the first to welcome all by opening doors, and helping guests find their way around our facility
  • Ushers – Sunday mornings assist guests with seating or questions
  • Meal and beverage prep for events and meeting 
  • Security – for more information contact the church office
  • Parking – special event parking assistance

Outreach Teams:

  • Chosen 300 Ministry Food Service Team in Pottstown – 1st Saturday each month a Hopewell team heats a full meal at Telford, transports and serves at a per-determined Church facility in Pottstown in conjunction with a ministry known as Chosen 300. A volunteer will share a 10 minute devotion or message from the Word of God, and prayer ministry and clean-up volunteers end the meal service. Contact the church office at info@hcftelford.com if interested.
  • Community Snow Removal & Yard Help – Clean off car or parking space of someone unable due to disability or age.

HCF Kids and Ignite Youth: 

  • Nursery, Children’s and Youth Ministries Leaders and Helpers – Volunteers required to attend Sunday Services frequently for six months and pass a background check before being scheduled to serve once a month or more.

Church Support Teams: 

  • Admin and Organizational Assistance – Folding, printing, filing, phones, Worship Center supplies replenishment
  • Grounds Maintenance Assistance – Seasonal, may include weeding, tree trimming, planting, snow shoveling walks
  • Furnishings Meeting Set-up & Tear-down – As needed, moving tables and chairs, etc. to create upcoming room layout needed

Prayer & Care Teams: 

  • Prayer Ministry Team – Sunday mornings following service as scheduled, special events, and congregation requests and needs
  • Pastoral Care Visits to those in need, possibly “short notice” visitations to those home-bound, in hospital, etc., as needed
  • Moving Assistance – help pack, or load/unload to assist an attendee in moving to or from their homes, as needed
  • Transportation – to assist those with inability to drive to appointments, to attend church meetings, etc., as needed
Lead or host a small group:
Contact the church office if you are interested in starting, leading, or hosting a small group.
 
Special and Seasonal Events:
Assist in leading a team or volunteering at our occasional events such as conferences and large-scale meetings by assisting with the following; contact the office if interested:
  • Guest Registration
  • Parking Lot Assistants
  • Resources Table Sales
  • Meal prep or pick up/delivery
  • Set-up & Tear-down tables and chairs
Worship and Audio Video Team:
Worship Music, Audio Engineers, Live Stream, and Display Technicians serve during Sunday service and special services as needed. Volunteers required to attend Sunday Services frequently for six months.
 
Worship: Gifted musicians and vocalists serve on Sundays and other meetings and events as needed. Download the application here. Complete the application and drop off at the church office or email info@hcftelford.com.
