Worship Team and Media Team:
Gifted musicians and vocalists serve on Sundays, mid-week meetings, and monthly at Chosen 300 in Pottstown. Download the application here. - Audio/Video Technicians – Sunday service and weekday services, as needed. Willing to train the right person
- Projection & Display Technicians – Sunday service and weekday services, as needed. Willing to train the right person
Guest Services Teams:
- Greeters –Sunday morning be the first welcoming all by opening doors, assisting in entering the facility, providing bulletin
- Ushers – Sunday morning assist in Worship Center when guests require seating; pass collection baskets for tithes and offerings
- Communion Set-up & Clean-up – Sunday morning once monthly; prep juice and bread, set up tables in Worship Center, distribution.
- Oasis Café & Meeting Meal Prep Assistants
- Security – for more information email or contact the church office
- Library –assist in keeping library updated, neat and orderly
- Parking – Special Events parking control, as needed
Outreach Teams:
- Chosen 300 Ministry Team in Pottstown – 1stSaturday each month a Hopewell team cooks meal at Telford and transports/serves at a pre-determined Pottstown Church. Worship musicians, preaching of the Word of God, clean-up also needed. Contact info@hcftelford.com if interested.
- Meal Provision & Delivery Ministry – Meals for those in need: either prepared in your home, or purchased and delivered by you to home.
- Community Snow Removal & Yard Help – Clean off cars or parking spot/sidewalk of someone unable due to disability or age.
HCF Kids and Ignite Youth:
- Nursery Ministry Leaders & Helpers – volunteers required to have background check clearance before being scheduled
- Children’s Ministry Teachers & Helpers – volunteers required to have background check clearance before being scheduled
- Jr. & Sr. High Leaders & Helpers – volunteers required to have background check clearance before being scheduled
Church Support Teams:
- Admin and Organizational Assistance – Folding, printing, filing, phones, Worship Center Guest Supply replenishment
- Grounds Maintenance Assistance – Workdays as scheduled, including weeding, trimming, planting, snow shoveling, salting
- Small Meeting Set-up & Tear-down – Weekly and as needed, moving tables and chairs, etc. to create upcoming room layout needed
Prayer & Care Teams:
- Altar Ministry Prayer Team – Sunday mornings as scheduled, and special events
- Intercessory Team – Weekly, and as scheduled
- Pastoral Type Care Visits to those in need, possibly “short notice” visitations to those homebound, in hospital, etc. as needed,
- Moving Assistance – help pack, or load/unload to assist a member in moving to or from their homes, as needed
- Transportation – to assist those with inability to drive to appointments, to attend church meetings, etc. as needed
Lead or Host a Life Group:

Special or Seasonal Events:
Assist in leading a team or volunteering at our occasional events such as concerts, conferences and large-scale meetings by choosing to assist with the following. Contact info@hcftelford.com if interested.
