Worship Team and Media Team:
 
Gifted musicians and vocalists serve on Sundays and other meetings and events as needed. Download the application here.   • Audio/Video Technicians – Sunday service and weekday services, as needed. Willing to train the right person
  • Projection & Display Technicians – Sunday service and weekday services, as needed. Willing to train the right person

Guest Services Teams: 

  • Greeters –Sunday morning you can be the first to welcome all by opening doors, assisting in entering the facility, providing bulletin and helping guests find their way to the Worship Center or Children’s Check-in.
  • Ushers – Sunday mornings assist in Worship Center as guests require seating or have questions.
  • Fellowship Meal and Beverages Prep Assistants
  • Security – for more information contact the church office
  • Library –assist in keeping library updated and organized
  • Parking – Special Events parking control

Outreach Teams:

  • Chosen 300 Ministry Team in Pottstown – 1stSaturday each month a Hopewell team cooks a full meal at Telford, transports and serves at a per-determined Church facility in Pottstown in conjunction with the Chosen 300 ministry. Volunteers to share a 10 minute devotion or message from the Word of God, and clean-up volunteers are needed. Contact Eurinika Harris at estherscrown@gmail.com, or info@hcftelford.com if interested.
  • Community Snow Removal & Yard Help – Clean off car or parking space of someone unable due to disability or age.

HCF Kids and Ignite Youth: 

  • Nursery, Children’s and Youth Ministries Leaders & Helpers – Volunteers required to have attended services for six months and pass a background check before being scheduled to serve once a month or more.

Church Support Teams: 

  • Admin and Organizational Assistance – Folding, printing, filing, phones, Worship Center supplies replenishment
  • Grounds Maintenance Assistance – Seasonal, may include weeding, tree trimming, planting, snow shoveling walks
  • Furnishings Meeting Set-up & Tear-down – As needed, moving tables and chairs, etc. to create upcoming room layout needed

Prayer & Care Teams: 

  • Altar Ministry Prayer Team – Sunday mornings as scheduled, and special events
  • Prayer Team – Weekly pray for congregation requests and needs, and as otherwise scheduled
  • Pastoral Care Visits to those in need, possibly “short notice” visitations to those home-bound, in hospital, etc., as needed
  • Moving Assistance – help pack, or load/unload to assist an attendee in moving to or from their homes, as needed
  • Transportation – to assist those with inability to drive to appointments, to attend church meetings, etc., as needed
Lead or host a small group or Community Care Fellowship Group:
Contact the church office if you are interested in starting, leading, or hosting a group.
 
Special and Seasonal Events:
Assist in leading a team or volunteering at our occasional events such as conferences and large-scale meetings by assisting with the following; contact the office if interested:
  • Guest Registration
  • Parking Lot Assistants
  • Resources Table Sales Persons
  • Meal prep or pick up/delivery
  • Set-up & Tear-down tables and chairs
